Who is
M J Winters?
M. J. Winters has been writing short stories since she was 10-years-old. Born in New Zealand, there was no end of adventures to feed her imagination; whether it was dodging seals at the rocky beaches of Kaikoura or camping in the wilderness of the New Zealand forests.
At the age of 17, she gave up her love of writing to pursue a more conventional pathway, leading to a long career in the oil industry.
One wedding and M. J Winters gained not only a husband but three step-children. Still, life did not play out as a fairy tale. Life provided plenty of heart break, but the support of her new family during those hard times formed an unbreakable bond.
Now retired M. J. Winters starts a new adventure; an ocean voyage, a Bahamas retreat and a return to a much-loved past time, writing.
